Organizations need training for different reasons. Sometimes a company wishes to address performance gaps or level inconsistent service standards. Sometimes training is needed to build new skills in support of the launch of new products or services. Training may be required because a company is undergoing expansion and finds itself needing to hire a large number of new people. The company may be facing changes in compliance requirements that necessitate enterprise wide learning programs to close the knowledge gap. Regardless of the impetus for training, instructional programs must be tied to concrete performance goals to ensure that learning is relevant
and fully beneficial. In designing and developing learning, I ensure that these performance goals are delineated for all stakeholders. I also ensure that learning objectives and outcomes are traced back to the specific performance objectives that they are intended to support because I believe that every stakeholder should clearly understand how learning solutions fit into the organization's goals and strategic needs.

I Design and Develop Learning that Works!
Alignment with Performance Goals is the key.
Here's what I Do...

•Map existing skill sets and align these skills with current business processes.
•Develop all instructional programs including Instructor Led Training, Computer Assisted Instruction, Social Learning, and Blended Learning.
•Identify learning development challenges.
•Design learning solutions that execute the performance plan.
•Identify skill and knowledge gaps.
•Deliver an Optimized Performance Plan (OPP) that clearly outlines how skills will be updated to support performance objectives.
•Define how performance behaviours must change.
